It also lets you change default mouse cursors, make icon text labels transparent, change icon text color, replace Windows startup/shutdown screens, repair icons, change the Start button, save/restore icon positions, more.

The only icon I wanted to change was "My Computer", and it did that flawlessly. Note: The Start Button section is useless. My Start button text did not change. For Changing the Start button text, I recommend a shareware program called My Start Button @ http://www.ekossoft.com/. The downside: It requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 to run.
