Pros: I downloaded Mozilla in favour of IE. Great untill I was instructed that I needed a Flash player by Firefox and offered download 11.4. once downloaded the 11.4 F.P stopped working and continued to duplicate itself over and over.

Cons: Went back to IE and downloaded Flash player 9 and evrything is now fine. I have removed Firefox from my system.

Other Thoughts: I have submitted the above for advice from Firefox but to date I have not had any response, Customer Support?
