It automatically calls your ADSL connection at Windows start in case your modem does not support this. It also restores the connection in case of interruption caused by your internet service provider (ISP).
As the author of this program I inform you that is NOT a dialer. It uses the Rasdial of Windows and is 100% safe. If you use modem/router, you wouldn't have create an internet connection at "Network Connections" so this program won't work for you.
