I tried this app both at work (LAN and Internet proxy), and at home where I have a broadband cable connection. On both PCs, the tweaks (even though I selected Do Not tweak the networking/modem or internet connections) caused both of my laptops to cease to function, when connected to my work LAN and my broadband cable at home. I restored a previous registry to enable again, and uninstalled the program - use at your own risk... Also, there was no perceived system speed benefits detected.
