BakBot is a simple, automatic backup solution for Windows NT, 2000, XP and higher. It offers the ability to easily plan, configure and automatically execute backup jobs. It is up to you to use the standard backup methods of the operating system or your preferred archive tool (for example WinZip or WinRar).

BakBot is so freely configurable that it can nearly be used with any other program. BakBot consists of a Windows service to automatically carry out backup jobs and a graphical user interface for configuration and scheduling.

BakBot requires Microsoft .NET framework.

FreewareFiles tested BakBot v1.20.1 on 2003-10-10 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.
