BitRule is a free screen measurement tool that is much easier to use than the cumbersome screen ruler and caliper products that mimic their physical counterparts.

Just click on two points on your screen, and get the horizontal, vertical and diagonal distances, as well as the angle to the horizontal.

BitRule measures in pixels, inches, centimeters and picas.

FreewareFiles tested BitRule 1.0 on 2007-05-27 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.

Other Thoughts: Ingenious variation on the typical screen ruler. Permits measurement by mouse clicks. Only defect is that the viewer can't be made bigger.
