Pros: Uses Webkit. Fast and light. Quick download and setup.

Cons: Bare bones browser. No favorites, adblock, addons, or extra security. Can't customize. These are a deal breaker for me. I downloaded it and uninstalled it the next morning.

Other Thoughts: Better to use other Webkit browsers like Chrome or Maxthon 3.
