Software Product Description
By default, CopyFolders' user interface displays three source and destination folders, but a button on the lower side gives you the opportunity to display up to nine rows of folders. You only need to display the number of rows that you want to use. However, the application lets you copy files to specific folders only even when more folders are displayed.
A check box on the upper left part of the application window lets you copy files that have been modified within the time-frame you give. You select start and end dates. You may also only copy files with specified names or extensions using either the wild characters "*" and "?" or "copy mask" text boxes.
You can only copy files to existing folders, but the application allows you to create new folders. This gives you the opportunity to copy files to folders with different names than the original folders. However, it can automatically create subfolders. You may save files from one folder to two destination folders.
If you have not specified folders in some rows, then you may click the "Compact" button to delete the empty rows. You can use Task Scheduler to enable the software to run automatically at specified times.
You need administrator rights to install CopyFolders. You can install it on a computer running Windows XP Service Pack 3 or later operating system, and you must have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed.
