"Quasi-portable"

Even though Core FTP LE 2.1 did not advocate for its portability, you can make it portable by copying all files to a thumb drive after installation. Remove the thumb and uninstall CoreFTP. The thumb can run on its own. That is portable by definition. However, beware if you carry the thumb around to other computers because the user login names, and passwords are saved in the Host computer rather than on the thumb itself. If would be perfect if those info are saved on the thumb and leaves nothing behind on the Host.
