A rule based packet filtering firewall. Nice interface, easy configuration and high efficiency with low resources consumption. Can be configured to deny or allow all traffic by default, and blocking or allowing only the connexion defined by the rules.

FreewareFiles tested DCFirewall 1.3.113 on 2007-08-10 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.

Other Thoughts: I've been looking for a Windows default firewall replacement. I wanted something small, portable, simple, yet highly configurable. DCFirewall won on all the above!
