Pros:  Portable. Easy to use. Change appearance. Search feature. View list by week/month/overdue/high priority or all. Recycle Bin.

Cons:  In the free version, you can't add groups, sub-tasks, attachments, links. Can't edit the "custom" labels (which are predetermined colors anyway). Can't change the list view from tree to table or card, and without groups and subtasks, obviously you can't expand or collapse the tree structure.

Other Thoughts:  Basic To-Do functionality is there, but any features that would set this apart from the rest are disabled in the free version, thus limiting its potential. Still, it looks nice, gets the basic job done and you can cart it around on your flash drive, but if you want attachments and such, you'll have to look elsewhere.
