Pros: Free.Works in background.Not a Resource hog.Automatically updates.

Cons: I believe it may be limited in prevention of Hijacks.

Other Thoughts: Try FREE PC Anti hijacker as it has features like spy ware immunize,protection again known,infected websites and Anti BHO.And scan for PC hijack programs.
