Excel Invoice Template, a billing software & invoice software based on Excel, provides a Fill In The Blank invoice form and is capable of creating and calculating invoices.

The template shows quantity, description, unit price, taxable status, and amount per line. Sub-total, tax and total amount are computed from the line items automatically.

This new version added inline instructions for customizing the invoice form.

I have used this invoice template successfully for over 12 months, you can edit the format easily and include or exclude GST on seperate line items by ticking a box if required. This is the best style invoice I have seen for free.
