Pros: Gives an actual list of what shows up on your Right Click Context Menu rather than just showing the file extension or shell entries - which makes it useable by someone with little computer knowledge.

Cons: The user interface is a little puzzling at first glance and there are no instructions or help files. I docked it a star for this.

Other Thoughts: I've tried out half a dozen programs so far looking for one that would actually show the items as they appear in the right-click Context menu, but they just either showed file extensions and/or registry; had only had a few options; only ADDED menu items; or only deleted pre-selected menu items. This program lets you find them all.
