File Encrypter is designed to encrypt files with the highest possible level of security using the Rijndael (FIPS-197) standard. Rijndael is approved as the Advanced Encryption Standard, FIPS-197 by NIST.

This standard specifies Rijndael as a FIPS-approved symmetric encryption algorithm that may be used by U.S. Government organizations (and others) to protect sensitive information.
