Free MOV 2 AVI gives you control over the output quality settings for each video file. Very simple and easy to use interface.

FreewareFiles tested Free MOV 2 AVI v1.2 on 2007-10-22 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.

Other Thoughts: The program was very easy to download & understand. It took mere seconds to transfer my MOV file to AVI. HOWEVER, my file went from being 65 MB to 4 MB suffering a serious loss in picture quality! Plus I had to download divX in order for the file to play in real player, which then plays back the video with a watermark. Not good enough for me.
