Viewer, editor, animator and convertor for icons in gif, ico and bmp formats.
Description of main program functions: - open gif, ico or bmp icon 32x32 or 40x40 pixels (with possible automatic border drawing)
- insert new animation frames, delete existing frames, move frames to another position, set animation speed (frame delay)
- view gif animation in preview panel and by single frames
- show picture (of selected frame) in eight-times zoom
- edit picture with many tools:
-
flip vertically or horizontally, rotate in any angle
- pen: write to image
- fill: filling of image areas
- line, rectangle, ellipse: drawing shapes
- text: writting in specified font
- cut, copy, paste: Windows clipboard functionality
- other tools ...
- save picture (single frame) as gif, bmp or ico icon
- save whole animation as animated gif icon
- setup program, install into selected folder and uninstall including registry cleaning

Hangs often. Can only save as BMP or GIF, not ICO. Hard to place text in drawing at spot where intended. Has automatic border that can't be removed or change color of. Difficutl method to choose pen/background color. |
