Pros: May make formatting a bit quicker,but seeing that's something that doesn't need doing very often,it's not a big pro,unless you're formatting USB drives all the time!

Cons: Pointless really.

Other Thoughts: You can format USB drives to FAT or NTFS within Windows,no special programs are required,so I for one don't see the need for this program.
