Other Thoughts: uh, Dear Mr Einstein.
I have yet to download the progam, but I believe it to be precisely what I am looking for....and am quite certain we would not qualify robots.
Between neverending afterschool sports/activities for the little ones, a wife who works out of the house and I from an office (and who travels), between birthdays, field trips, blah, blah, blah - I assure you we are one step short of needing Mcrosoft Project Manager.
In fact I'm going to download it just from your comments alone.

Although I do find it curious why, someone with your attitude about such things would download and test something like this in the first place.....Bored perhaps?
