A simple toolbar application that is easy to configure. In its simplest form MiniLaunch requires no configuration. When run with a directory as a parameter it will display a toolbar of all files and directories in that directory in a toolbar window.

There are some configuration options. You can select various frame options, show large or small icons and position it on the screen. These can be entered on the command line or in an ini file.
