My Diet Diary is a program you install on your PC, it helps you track your weight lose and calorie intake. Very simple and easy to use yet draws very informative charts and graphs to show how you are doing.

Features:

Very simple to set up and use, once installed it will take you minutes to be up and running
Track your weight by entering your regular weigh in, the program will draw a graph showing your weight lose in relation to your target weight.

Keep track of your calorie intake on a daily basis, enter the food and drink you have consumed throughout the day and the program will create a graph showing your calorie intake along side your allocated amount of calories. The graph will highlight whether or not you are exceeding targets.

My Diet Diary keeps track of the weight you have lost so far, the weight you have lost since your last weigh in, how much weight you still have to lose and of course your current weight.

Note: Microsoft SQL Server will not install on a computer that has the C:/ drive compressed. De-compress your C:/ drive before attempting installation.

Requires: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.

  • Updated reports, new dashboard screen shows your progress, integrated fitness journal tracks your calorie burn with charts.

Pros: Simple to use, easy to set up.

Cons: Interface is a little plane looking but I struggle to find any faults with the program.

Other Thoughts: It does what it says, it's free and well made, I have used it for over 8 month now and can would recommend it.
