With nLite you will be able to have Windows installation which on install doesn´t include, or even contain on cd, unwanted components.

It is not meant to be used on a running system. It is meant for a new install. If you don't get that then you have little change of being an advanced user. This program is meant for advanced users that have a good sense of what the setup is doing. Newbies can use it if they want to become advanced but if you are one don't complain while you are learning to use it.
