Pros:  None

Cons:  None

Other Thoughts:  I've tried installing the software on my system with pretty disastrous results.
First time I attempted installation the whole system froze up so bad I had to pull out the power cable to shut down. Second time round it did install but its proven to be a major drag on resources and my system seems to run slower overall. Any gain in GPU performance from overclocking is offset by a loss in CPU performance and a meteoric temperature gains. Very poor experience overall.
Search through people feedback on the net before installation. Many people having issues with this software. If you have to have clocking software Rivatuner from Guru3D is a far more reliable, stable option.
