Pros: Excellent

Cons: had problems recognizing my microphone at first.

Other Thoughts: I've used Skype for years and it's been really good but since Microsoft took it over it's really gone downhill to the point of being unusable. So I've changed to this. A word of advice to Microsoft; 'If it aint broke, don't try to fix it'.
