Address book inputs data on three parameters: 1) Business Cards, 2) Staff Details and 3) Others which includes your friends and relatives.
It is possible to search the data of business by a) name of the person, b) name of the business, 3) name of the city and 4) the business in which it deals. Likewise, it is possible to search the staff details by a) name of the employee and b) the branch/department where he/she works.
Users can also search the data of others by name. Even if, users forget where the details were entered, users may search the person through Žname from allŽ.
Secondly all the business cards can be viewed and printed alphabetically. One option is to search and edit the records, if entered wrong and if the person is of no use to the data bank, the record can be deleted.
