It allows the organization of the pages, the creation and edit of panels and balloons, exporting to images, printing and building a html page for it.

Pros: Fun and easy to use. Portable.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I love this program for creating digital comics. It's portable so I keep it on my thumb drive. Whenever a humorous thought strikes I use this program to create a comic and then distribute it to friends.
