Publisher's Description
Free Driver Scan!
Need updated drivers? Run a Free driver update scan.

ROOMS 3d desktops give you wallpapers to walk into and 3d icons to move among. You organize your desktop as a virtual reality world (just like a 3d game).

ROOMS is fast and flexible. FreeWare ROOMS has no timeout and lets you download new worlds from the ROOMS Web site. You can drag and drop new icons into the world from explorer to mimic any folder, including the desktop. ROOMS icons are like Windows shortcuts, and can also stand for internet addresses.

Features:

  • full 3d rotation
  • motion and view
  • gravity and speed control
  • animate objects, textures and sounds
  • zoom
  • map view
  • skyboxes
  • multiple resolution and color depth
  • OpenGL and DirectX support
  • drag-drop-cut-paste
  • timer events
  • 3d object creation
  • run from CD/presentation/slide show
  • Wizards to make everything easy plus comprehensive F1 help

"Not up to expectation"

Seems unless you set this to start on boot, it cant be selected. Also wasn't happy about finding it to be coolware. Not indicated anywhere that I could find. I wasn't going to test the boot change. Not a chance.
