RealAccount is a freeware plugin for MS Outlook. Its purpose is to enhance Outlook accounts handling, with the ability to choose preferred account and signature for each defined mail folder. By default, user has to manually select preferred account and signature when composing an email. RealAccount automates the process allowing you to define specific accounts and signatures for each mail folder. Since settings can be inherited from parent folders, to setup your environments is a matter of minutes. Then, it´s enough to select a folder prior to composing a new mail or reply/forward one, and RealAccount will insert signature as well as select the proper account for you.
