Pros:  Lightweight, slick, easy to use.

Cons:  None

Other Thoughts:  This little helper saved my arse so many times after accidentally deleting a file. The portable version is so good because you don't have to install it. Because installing it on the same harddrive from which you want to recover a file from, is the worst idea (danger of overwriting the data). So just download it to a stick and extract it there. Then navigate to the drive/folder from which you want to restore your file. Recuva does the rest for you. Awesome software. And it's free!
