RunLink is a program that allows you to create shortcuts accessible from the Run menu (Start: Run). For example, if you commonly open "C:/Program Files/Games/StarCraft/starcraft.exe", but don´t like switching bewteen a mouse and keyboard, you could create the RunLink ´sc´ to link to it.
