Pros:  You can choose a selector, say 'body'. You then visually apply styles such as font, text sixe, borders, margins etc, using drop down menus that have ALL applicable values. Down you will see the effect of your effort on 'sample text' in real time. You can then export your style to some css file. The beauty is that you casn even import styles and edit them. If you have some idea of what css is, then you can optimise development with this little but POWERFUL program.

Cons:  Don't even mention cons!

Other Thoughts:  This is really exellent, I only hope the Author could add the ability to create CSS layouts, and hopefully keep it free after that.
