SnapShot is a freeware program which enables the user of it to easily take screenshots of the active screen (no dual-screen support). It supports a ‘Default Action’. Which will run when the icon is double clicked, or the hotkey is pressed. Various actions can be taken. As example:

You press CTRL + F12; An image will be taken and saved to your disk, it will be automatically uploaded to a ftp server; and the link will be automatically placed on to your clipboard. It will be as easy as pressing 2 key combinations to share a quick image of your screen.
