Pros: Unzip and use... It is free... According to my observations, it is not spyware nor is - fortunately - an Adobe Flash or dotNET dependent application.

Cons: It leaves traces in the registry.

Other Thoughts:
A very beautiful and functional way to promote a software development company, something that you will discover if comes up clicking "About ..." in the context menu.
