Super Pick is a very simple free software used in capturing and recording screen activities either within the desktop or movies or even within games in full screen and fixed region.

Super Pick V4.0 records videos with audio into 4 video files (AVI, FLV, SWF, MP4). The produced file size is very small. You can choose video and audio codec and quality.
