Pros:  It's well-designed (though the registry cleaner module should be put before the registry defrag) Most importantly, all changes are reviewable before final implementation ("optimizers" included)

Cons:  As to the installer not sure the difference between "full" and "compact" installations so I choose Custom and it had all the usual stuff -- no extra components...

Other Thoughts:  Much of it is windows-feature-access-inhibitor for multi-user but it does have general settings, file/track cleaner, registry cleaner , optimizer recommendations and system info

It shows your current settings (except TCP Window and context menu, that I noticed).

It has a Restore tab of what you have changed
