Pros:  Easy & effective Small

Cons:  None

Other Thoughts:  If you already have a decent Linux installed, you probably have an app that does this. But for you poor Windows slaves yearning to break free, it's the perfect way to do it. I usually burn to a CD, but so many distros now are bigger than a CD. I try a lot, so I don't waste CDs, just reformat the stick.
