Pros: Been using the full version of Video to Video Converter for a little while now and it puts most of the over-hyped, over-blown expensive big guns to shame. This software has to be the best software out there right now for converting just about any media file available and amazingly it's free.

Cons: None at all

Other Thoughts: The only software that does a perfect job of converting to any Mobile/Media Device format.
