Pros: works reasonably well

Cons: Lacks the configurability of Classic Shell or Classic Windows Start Menu

Other Thoughts: This program is actually a teaser for other paid programs from the same vendor; as a result, it omits standard options such as Aero skin which the previously-mentioned alternatives offer for free.
