WQGUI is a Windows GUI/Frontend for the Windows version of the freeware CPU Emulator software called Qemu. WQGUI is for people who don´t like to use the command line. It is designed to be easy to use. WQGUI also includes a beta virtual disk formatter that not only can create RAW virtual disks, but can automatically format them with the FAT16 filesystem.

IMPORTANT: This is the first release of WQGUI. WQGUI does NOT support all of Qemu´s features as of yet.

Here are the features of Qemu that WQGUI does not support:

Network Support,
64-bit x86 CPU emulation,
Sparc CPU emulation,
Physical CD/DVDROM Drive emulation and Full Screen CPU emulation.

WQGUI is in beta. Although this application has been thoroughly tested, system crashes may still result.

FreewareFiles tested WQGUI v1.0 Beta on 2006-09-12 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.
