This utility is overshadowed by any number of free, secure alternatives. I rate it down not just because of its dearth of features, rendering it unworkable in today's password-filled computing life, but for its terrible encryption algorithm. The author himself admits that Whisper32's algorithm is means ONLY "to keep honest people honest". If you care about keeping dishonest people the hell away from your private information, look elsewhere--no matter how nice the wrapper may look.
