WinViewer is a fast full-screen image viewer and converter.

It can read following image formats:

12. Silicon Graphics SGI (*.sgi;*.rgb;*.rgba;*.bw)
13. Targa (*.tga)

The program also supports basic file operations (copy, move, rename, rename series, delete), slidshow, read ahead, cache behind, zoom in/out.
