Protector Plus - Windows Vulnerability Scanner checks your system for Windows Vulnerabilities. It guides you to update with the right patch to make your system secure. This program is updated regularly by Proland Software to detect all the vulnerabilities discovered.

This software is compatible with Windows XP (Home & Professional), Windows 2000 Server & Professional and Windows 2003. Once the Scan is completed, Protector Plus - Windows Vulnerability Scanner lists the vulnerabilities detected, their risk level and the download location of the patch.

It also creates the log file named Protector_Plus_Windows_Vulnerability_Scan.htm in the folder from where Protector Plus - Windows Vulnerability Scanner was executed.

FreewareFiles tested Windows Vulnerability Scanner 1.54 on 2012-01-16 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.

Other Thoughts: Only shows you what vulnerablities you have.Doesn't keep a log.If it did, it would be in your Index.dat files, use FREE Index.dat analyzer to find and see these,Tracks Eraser Pro to get rid of anything before it's read or redirected from your Inde.dat files area, MRU Blaster to remove Most Recently used documents history log, FREE WINDOWS Washer,or CC Cleaner,registry cleaner etc.and all the logs should be set to be clear upon erasing or exiting the software after use...I have found the updates via the Internet,and put all vulnerability patches/MS Updates on CD...Download WINDOWS UPDATER FREE from freewarefiles.com, and you can slect what you need, and it will download and install all you choose, without the need to go to Windows Update site...This is how hackes hack your PC, through vulnerable loopholes or patchless software like windows media 9+...
