It´s free. The software Wootch has been developed as a hobby. Therefore it is distributed as Freeware.

Other Thoughts: This gadget just saved me 20 bucks, so I'm very happy with it ;)
.Net 3.5 can be seen as a standard today, in particular this is pre-installed in Windows7 where this gadget runs like a charm.
