X-Shot is an easy to use screen capture utility available in German and English.

Features:

bmp, jpg and tiff filter
direct save to clipboard
labeling with text, time, date
selectable screen area for capture
a timer with loop and autostart
settings are saved in the registry

No files need to be installed. To remove X-Shot from the registry, you can uninstall it.

X-Shot sits in the system tray. Right click on the icon opens a menu; double click opens the main window.

Every button and checkbox has a hint with a short description. If you need help, feel free to send the developer an email.

FreewareFiles tested X-Shot 2002 2.7.0 on 2003-10-06 using leading antivirus scanners and found it 100% Clean. It does not contain any form of malware, spyware, viruses, trojans, etc. We will re-test each updated version and remove the award as well as the program if found infected.

Other Thoughts: I just downloaded and tried nearly all the ScreenCapture Programs here. This is an amazing program, does exactly what I need it do to for free. You can crop, and select exactly what you want on the screen, and have it takes screenshots every 10 seconds, or 15, or whatever amount of intervals.
Also lets you select image format, and every feature you could reallu want. If you need looped timed screen capture for free, get this.
