YouCMSAndBlog WYSIWYG IDE is a free editor published recently. It aims to support Windows and Linux based environment soon.

This will be the first free IDE editor with unique features which you can not find with other existing commercial IDE editor for Web template and design. With this IDE, you can have interactive environment when designing your Joomla template. Easily inserting Joomla taglist by double clicking its supported list from listbox of left side on the IDE.

It currently also supports Wordpress 2.3 and Blogger, but easily you can create new template taglist and quick view to support other CMS template and blog template.
