Virtual Magnifying Glass is a free, open source, screen magnification tool. It is simple, customizable, and easy-to-use.

Latest Features:

Experimental Dynamic Mode added
Invert colors
Show the center pixel's RGB values, in both decimal and hexadecimal.
New configurations dialog
Hotkey shows/hides the magnifier. Now the user can choose the hotkey on the new configurations dialog
Lens height and width can have any size
Mouse scroll-wheel now controls zoom factor
Esc key closes magnifier window, but it remains on systray. Q key closes the software

I've been waiting for an app like this. Much better than the windows default.
