Network management tool continuously monitors specific host availability. When network errors occur, Check hosts can alert the network administrator by e-mail or by sound alerts. If a host does go down, Check hosts automatically notifies the network administrator and writes a detailed log which you can save to file on your hard disk.

Settings:
- IP address - in this fields you must enter correct IP address of host which you want monitoring;
- Rescan after - in this field you must set the time in minutes through which program will check accessibility of the host in network;
- Comment - in this field you can write comment for the specific host;
- Play alerts - if the checkbox is checked, program will play alert sound if monitoring host change yourself status (available or inaccessible);
- Send alerts to e-mail - if the checkbox is checked, program will sent e-mail messages to your e-mail address if monitoring host change yourself status (available or inaccessible);
