i have never had a problem. i love this program. it has great features, you can turn the teatimer on or off.(asks you if you want to let a setting be changed) you can fix some(a few) reg errors. manage bho's and a lot of other items, if you have a program that you like that is listed as malware or pups just tell it to ignore it. it is easy to use. it found a trojan that nothing else(including 2 paid for antispy) did not. never ever had a problem.

I've been reading some of these reviews; especially those who have rated thisprogram a 1. I've been using this program for about 2 years now and it does exactly what it says it does. Granted one should never rely on just one anti-spyware program but it is one you should use. Those reviewers who have rated this low in my opinion assume it is this program when in all reality it is something else. this program does not collect information neither does it take over ones internet connection.
This program does exactly what is it made for otherwise it would not be recommended by some of the best anti spyware websites on the net!!!

I'm not sure why people have a problem with this great tool. I've used all of the versions and though there were some bugs it took care of more spyware and adware than the other over hyped tools and teatimer
works great if you know what it is doing, like saving your system from potential meltdown but like any other malicious code tool get more than one and that means anti-virus tools as well.
