My AVIRA antivir program find TR/Dldr.Zlob trojan in ccleaner/uninst.exe Last version 1.40
is without trojan!!

To the person who is right above my last commentI might add that I am warning people of a Virus infected program. I don't remember the file name because my Virus protection told me about the Virus after it deleted the file and said it was an UNINSTALLER file from CCLEANER etc..... Whatever you have been warned about a TROJAN that was found in this program. Download IOLO Sys mech 7 pro "It's a free trial" and run the test yourself and you will see. I don't hate this prg. I just am not going to allow viruses knowingly on my computer. Goodluck

IOLO ANTI-VIRUS from System Mech Pro 7 found a file that is a VIRUS in this program, it's an UNINSTALL FILE BUT I can't remember the name! THIS SHOULD BE CALLED CRAP INSTALLER!

"It's great - but could be even better..."
This utility stands above most others simply because it allows the user to select AND DEFINE what registry entries and files to either delete or wipe beyond recovery. It's only flaw in my opinion, is it's inability to wipe file NAMES along with destroying content. Users have complained about this flaw for months now, but the author does not seem to think it is serious enough to warrant a fix. If not for this 'not so minor' issue, this utility would rate a strong '5' in my book.

Not as good as most people think. Those who extol the excellent cleaning/backup virtues of this average cleaning app obviously have not looked around for a much better alternative, such as Free Internet Window Washer 2.0.
And to address the rude comments from 'Slick' ... wash that foul vulgar mouth of yours PITA.

This is for all you dummies complaining about your registry...This software allows for you to take a look at what it finds first, and then you have the ability to select which items to permanently remove...All you have to do is read each item to make sure it isn't needed items...Oh and Duh!!! it also comes with its own registry backup, so when you do decide to remove all items it finds blindly then it asks you if you want to create a backup before you delete all items. AGAIN, READ BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!!! Ya dumb asses.

"Don't Use To Clean Registry!"
I couldn't agree more with the reviewer "Ninjatron @ myspace".
I also recently decided to clean my registry with CCleaner 1.40.520 and the stupid cleaning function changed the default font settings on my system from Sans Serif to Arial! Caution - do NOT use this program to clean and repair your registry, or i guarantee you that you'll be running your restore program soon thereafter.
Be forewarned.
Outside of the registry fiasco, CCleaner IS a very good cleaner for getting rid of temp files, cookies, index.dat files, et al.

the cleaner is great but the 'Issues' function will remove needed files! DONT RUN IT !!! ide write out the list but im too lazy , if you wanto fix your registry get a jacked copt of Registry mechanic its the best , - btjunkie dot org , this is good for removing your history buts that it . trust me becuase ive been working with computers since the Apple II was invented .
