"PSP vs Photo Filtre"
I'm sorry, but I felt like I had to be a rocket scientist to use Paint Shop Pro, and I'm kicking myself for spending the money. I'm very happy with Photo Filtre on the few occasions that I need to edit a photo. It has some nice features, and those of normal brain structure can use it with relative ease. Thank you!

it ok but it doesn't have a history brush like photoshop. you have to duplicate to fit a picture on something. paint shop is so much better than this. i recommend paint shop or photoshop but if ur a beginner to photo fixing then this would be for you. this did not fit my needs.

It does exactly what is says on the tin. Not a Photoshop by any means, but full credit to the author. Check out his web site and get the plug-ins. Simple interface for a Novice, so easy to use.

I've been using this program for a year. It helps me solve 75% of my image processing problems. For the rest 25% I use GIMP 2. For many users, Photofiltre may be all you need, but for advanced users you can't live without GIMP 2 or Photoshop!
